We’re lucky to have a large, very open facility, 8 acres, mainly gardens, with 9, 2 storey lodges, each building with 4 apartments, and this makes Elmina Bay Resort an ideal venue for rest and relaxation, in this period of Safety and Social Distancing

• We will accommodate only one apartment on each floor, unless our guests request otherwise
• We have provided Hand Washing facilities as you enter our premises, in our car park, and also in our restaurant areas
• Hand sanitizers and/or sanitizing wipes are available for use at the Reception, and Restaurant
• We ask all guests to allow us to take their temperature on entry, and we reserve the right to refuse admission, or refer them to a clinic, if the result is not above the WHO guideline.
• We will also request full address contact details for all occupants at checking in>
• Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, washroom walls disinfected, bed linens freshly laundered and disinfected before your check in. The room we offer you will have been vacant for at least 24 hours
• Room service will be provided only on prior request, otherwise your room will not be entered whilst you are in occupation; fresh towels and toilet roll, will be provided on request
• Public washrooms are cleaned every 4 hours, and common areas are cleaned frequently, with Door handles, stair rails, counter surfaces etc., disinfected throughout the day
• All staff wear nose mask, and physical distancing is strictly adhered to
• Staff also wear disposable gloves which are changed after any activity
• Door keys, counter pens, are also disinfected after every use

Some changes in our services and operations

• We will not operate Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, except for group bookings by prior arrangement
• 2 night minimum bookings only accepted, on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Checking in time is 3pm, and checkout is 12 noon. Latest checking in time, is 5pm
• Restaurant and Bar service are between 7am–9am, and 5pm–8pm, except by prior arrangement
• Restaurant will offer a limited range, a la carte menu; please order an hour before eating
• Laundry services are available with prior notice
